okay so my nearby resident is this comparison woman and she has the many darling maltese puppy, but the usually thing is which it won’t stop barking! even after it went to a doggie daycare thingie to assistance with that! any tips from anyone? ideas have been all welcome!

About the only thing that I have seen work on the problem is a bark collar. My former (and is former because of the maltese) roommate had a male dog and tried everything. I bought a bark collar so that I could get sleep when my roommate wasn’t home. She hated me for it - but nothing else worked. I had to ask her to move out because of that and other issues with the dog. I gave her the collar when she left. She finally resorted to using a it in order to keep from being evicted (again) because of the dog. They are yappy, high maintenance dogs.
it sounds like the puppy is not getting enough attenion from the owner you might see if you can help her with the puppy.
