White dogs with blue eyes usually means the dog is deaf.
You can't find one of these dogs easily because they are a genetic defect and breeders only breed dogs with brown eyes.
If you did find one with blue eyes, it would probably be from a backyard breeder who didn't know the first thing about the breed, and the dog may have other health problems due to not carefully selecting the parents.
Very few dogs have blue eyes. Mostly huskies and husky mixes.

Why would you want a dog that has a fault?
It is not correct nor desirable.
Are you aware the dog could be blind or deaf? Or maybe other genetic conditons?

Contrary to what's posted above, a blue-eyed Maltese would make a lovely pet. The fact that they have blue eyes does not mean they are unsuitable to be a pet. However, if you're looking to breed a Maltese, get one with brown eyes. Brown eyes are the Maltese standard, so when selling puppies it could be diffficult because of the fact Malteses used for show cannot have blue eyes.

Good luck!

Why would you want a dog with a genetic defect?--Blue eyes are associated with deafness and other abnormalities in several breeds--it's like a genetic marker--Ie. thus it's why it's a fault!!
Find you a knowledgeable breeder and buy a well-bred healthy dog--you will be much happier and your dog will be healthier in the long run.
